Hootz started with a simple idea: what if a café didn't feel like a café? No rush, no pretense — just good coffee, real conversation, and the kind of space where you'd actually want to linger.
We opened our doors on East 3rd Street with a commitment to the people who live here and the visitors who stumble in by accident and never leave. By day we pour coffee. By night we pour cocktails. The only thing that changes is the playlist.
